Life can be a real pain at times and we understand that every now and then things don’t work out as planned.
However, we are a small business that relies on having our guests turn up to their booked appointment. Not only so that we can all get paid but also so we can continue to run our business for the many guests that show up as scheduled. Please note we require 48hours notice minimum, of cancellation or change of booked appointment.
When you don’t attend your appointment or give us enough notice that you can’t attend, that also means that we have turned away other salon guests. That time was allocated to you specifically for that service, which is not fair on us or the other guest.
So to protect all of our loyal guests appointments, to protect our business from loss of trading, and to ensure your appointment is relaxing and enjoyable, we have adapted the following salon policies. We may use discretion and waive the policy where we deem necessary.
We greatly appreciate your support of our business and we will endeavor to provide the utmost professional service to you at every appointment.
All clients will be required to leave a booking fee of 10% deposit to secure your appointment, which will be deducted from the cost of the actual appointment and is fully refundable as long as you give us the required 48hours notice of cancellation.
All no-show clients, and cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur the full cost of the appointment. If between 24-48 hours notice is given, you may incur half the cost of the appointment.
All no-show and late cancellation clients may also be required to pay a deposit for all future appointments at Trigg Hair Studio as well as paying for the full cost of the service they missed. Repeat offenders may be refused a future booking.
Any cancellations from sickness must be given with as much notice as possible. Please give us a chance to rebook your appointment time with another guest. Discretion from management will be used in a case by case basis.
Booked services cannot be cancelled on arrival of appointment.
If you are 15 minutes or more late for your appointment, we may not be able to perform that service in part, or in its entirety. We need to remain on time for our guests that do show up at the booked time. You will still be charged for what you have booked in.
All clients will be sent a confirmation email 7 days before your appointment and an SMS 72 hours prior to their appointment. You simply need to respond Y to one of these communications.
Failure to confirm 24 hours prior to your appointment may result in the appointment being cancelled.
We are a highly trained technicians and will provide professional colour results using the finest products available. Trigg Hair Studio cannot guarantee lasting results unless you are using recommended home hair care purchased from Trigg Hair Studio or if you swim regularly.
As per the Small Business and the Competition and Consumer Act, any problems with your service must be reported within 1 (one) week of the original service by phone call or in person. As per the Small Business and the Competition and Consumer Act, Trigg Hair Studio will then fix the service or replace the product at no charge, within 1 (one) week of the report of the fault.
All prices are subject to variation without notice. To obtain a quote, please schedule a complimentary consultation at Trigg Hair Studio. Due to WA’s strict OH&S laws, all children under the age of 18 that are not receiving a service must remain seated on the bench seat or if available the station next to yours. They are not permitted to be on the salon floor. We work with hazardous chemicals, sharp and very hot tools, your child’s safety is important to us and it should be to you to.
Out of respect to all of our clients who spend their hard-earned money to have valued relax and pamper time with us, unruly and loud clients and/or their children will be asked to leave the salon.
